Children’s Heaven has been caring for Omaha’s families since 2003, and we now have three locations to serve you. Unlike many childcare centers, our hours of operation are able to accommodate parents’ varied work schedules, and many of our well-trained, caring professional staff are bi-lingual.
Children’s Heaven is a family-owned facility, founded by two sisters: Mariela Calderon and Carmen Batiz. As mothers of nine children between them, they understood the challenges parents faced, and saw that the standard daycare schedules weren’t practical for many families. So Mariela and Carmen, along with their husbands, decided to launch Children’s Heaven to provide a better solution for families throughout the Omaha metro.
