Phase 1 - Discovery
The discovery phase is a critical first step that involves a meeting or series of meetings with your team to understand your specific business goals, brand image, technical requirements and overall visions for the new Web presence. We'll leverage this comprehensive insight to formulate a customized Internet strategy most appropriate for your business model, marketing strategy and corporate infrastructure. We start the process by having you fill out our quote form located here. This form gathers information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals and more. We use this information to help us deliver an accurate quote.
Phase 2 - Design
You agree, JM Web Designs agrees and paperwork is signed and faxed to us. We then start the actual design process. The Design phase focuses around the creative "look and feel" and user experience for each of the critical pages and conversion points across the Web site. Our design team will create several design concepts while the project team proposes a site navigation structure.
To capture the brand consistency and message integration with your other communication resources, we'll incorporate the branding of all your existing marketing materials. Or, if you are looking for a fresh new look, we can design an entirely new image that can drive the style of subsequent marketing materials.
Phase 3 - Develop
Once we arrive on a final design concept, the Web pages will be developed and optimized. This will include creating the code required to support the style sheets and style guides to establish consistency across the entire site and to optimize graphics for fast loading without compromising quality.
Phase 4 - Deploy
Before your website is deployed, it must first pass our strict testing standards. Our quality assurance and testing practices ensure delivery of high quality, user-friendly solutions which meet expected performance and messaging criteria. Only after the Web site is thoroughly tested by both JM Web Designs and the client will the site be launched.
