I am sure each of us has felt as though we’ve been left high and dry by a business or service. We invested time, money and resources only to receive something we have no clue how to use, let alone make successful.

Think about it – everywhere we go, people ask us what we do – normally they are referring to our line of work. I tell people, “I work at JM Web Designs; it’s a web design company in downtown Omaha.”
Over the past several years, e-commerce has exploded due to the demand by consumers for a faster, more convenient shopping experience. With our busy lives, the high price of gas to drive to and from stores and the increase in technology in our lives, you can buy almost anything online; and it seems that people WILL buy anything online.
Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, released early copies of his new book Delivering Happiness, A Path to Profits, Passion and Purpose to select bloggers – myself included. The book was officially released to the public on Monday, June 7, but I had the entire week to release an honest review of this book.
