After a thorough application and selection process, Microsoft has chosen Omaha’s JM Web Designs as the subject of their US Small Business Customer Case Study. Since being profiled in an article in Microsoft’s Small Business Advantage in 2000, JM Web Designs has seen steady growth – even in the wake of the dot.com bust – and looks at this latest honor by Microsoft as a catalyst to become Omaha’s premier web services company.
On 12/04/2008, Microsoft visited Web Designs’ downtown Omaha headquarters to shadow, interview, and film the staff and operation so that they may complete a full case study about the company and their use of Microsoft’s extensive small business applications. According to JM’s owner, Jonathan Patton, “This is a great opportunity for both Microsoft and JM Web Designs, as Microsoft will profile a successful company that utilizes their products and services, and our company will become known to an international audience. We are grateful for all of the productivity we have gained because of Microsoft’s applications and services.”
