Our Omaha web design and development team is looking for a motivated and responsible Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
The account manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with JM’s clients. They will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for open projects and on-going- web maintenance
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects/tasks according to customer needs and objectives
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
